1. BARBELL CURL.

The one of the most important exercise to build a muscle in biceps is barbell curl. it is the basic but most effective exercise of all time. it effects the front part of the bicep which is called long head.it also strengthen the bicep. and you should do this exercise in a very slow way. you have to keep your elbow locked.
3 sets 10-12 reps

2. DUMBBELL CURL

another exercise is dumbbell curl. this exercise hit the long head as well as short head of the bicep.
this exercise also affects the forearms. while doing this exercise you have to keep breath inhale and exhale this helps in bring the oxygen in the muscles.which prevent the muscle breakdown.

3.HAMMER CURL.

if you really want increase the size of your side bicep then you should never skip this exercise.this exercise mainly focuses on the biceps brachii, brachialis and brachioradialis. it helps make the side bicep bigger.and also while doing this exercise you have to keep your elbows attached with your body.this is the perfect way of doing this exercise.

Now this exercise mainly helps in make your bicep round and get it in a good shape.you should never skip this exercise.as i started my journey i never skipped this exercise.and it is one of my favourite exercise.

5.concentration curl.

Last but not the least is concentration curl. this exercise mainly focuses on making your bicep long.it hits the brachialis
.you should do 3 sets of 10-12 reps of this exercise.
